Quality Without Compromise

Our Quality Control (QC) department performs rigorous in-process and final dimensional inspections to ensure full compliance with critical tolerances and engineering requirements. At the core of our metrology lab is a Mitutoyo Crysta-Apex S7106 CMM, running MCOSMOS software, delivering repeatable measurements within ±0.0001 mm. We support comprehensive GD&T inspection, statistical reporting, and first-article validation (FAI) per AS9102 standards. Our lab also includes calibrated calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and indicator-based tooling—ensuring reliable data and traceability across every inspection point.
